The Congress Assistance Project (CAP) gives financial aid to WHC Focus on Youth participants.

To Apply for Assistance:
Anyone who is accepted to play on the Focus on Youth Concerts and wishes to apply for Congress Assistance, must write a letter of request, stating his or her financial need to:
