Anderson Insurance is the endorsed agent for the World Harp Congress Musical Instrument Insurance Program. The firm is located in Marshfield, Massachusetts and has offered Worldwide Musical Instrument Insurance since 1990. Anderson insures a number of major symphony orchestras throughout the United States along with its National Classical Musicians Professional Alliance program for professional freelance musicians throughout the world. The firm also is the endorsed agent for both the American Harp Society and the International Society of Folk Harpers and Craftsmen Musical Instrument Insurance Programs. The insurance carrier for our program is the OneBeacon Insurance Group. The policy issued to the World Harp Congress and its participating members is extremely comprehensive and broad in coverage and benefits second to none in the industry. The highlights of the insurance program are:

Cause of Loss:
"All risk" Coverage, except as excluded, is provided for your instruments and related equipment and accessories.

Valuation Clause:
This coverage is provided on an "agreed value" basis. If we agree to insure your instrument, that insurance limit will be the amount agreed to be the value for the purpose of this insurance.

Coverage Territory:
Musical instruments are covered on a Worldwide basis.

Rate per $100 of insured value:
The WHC Harp Insurance program rate of $.50/$100 of coverage is among the lowest available worldwide.

Additionally Acquired Instruments:
Coverage may be extended, under the same terms as indicated in the proposal, for "additionally acquired" instruments in your care, custody, and control, for up to 90 days from the date the instrument was acquired.
